Small Group Therapy is an innovative program providing services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. A continuum of service provides a progression of movement from intensive to interdependence in the community. Our goal is to meet the needs, rights and desires of our clients in a supportive, therapeutic environment. 
SGT Offers Behavioral Healthcare, Technical Assistance, a Psychosocial Rehab Program, Outpatient Therapy, Emergency/Crisis Intervention, Community Housing, and more!
Other treatment options include Medication Management, Transportation, Peer Specialists, a Physical Health Network, Financial Services, Employment Support, Co-occurring Assistance, and Disorders Screening. We also provide a Licensed Residential Health Care Facility with Twenty-Four Hour Supervised Care and Behavioral Healthcare. Our Staff is Licensed & Certified. Small Group Therapy was incorporated as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation in 1970 under the corporate name of Small Group Therapy, 311 Whittington Avenue, Hot Springs, AR 71901. Fairweather Communities is an official name registered by Small Group Therapy. Small Group Therapy, is in compliance with Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act and is operated, managed and delivers services without regard to age, religion, handicap, sex, race, color or national origin. Small Group Therapy and Fairweather Communities, currently a division of SGT, Inc., operates as a certified behavioral health clinic, under the Arkansas Division of Behavioral Health. In 1994 SGT became an independent certified behavioral health clinic. On July 1, 2010, Small Group Therapy merged with Counseling Clinic Inc., 307 E Sevier Street, Benton, AR 72015.
